SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING INFO
Our last day for CHRISTMAS DELIVERY is Tuesday 17th December (for orders placed before 2pm). This is based on Royal Mail deadlines.
We will be out of office over Christmas between Thursday 19th - Thursday 2nd January. If any orders are placed after midday on Thursday 19th December they will be on hold until the first week of January.
UNFRAMED PRINTS
All of our unframed prints are made to order and carefully packaged by us in our small studio in the North West, UK and are sent via Royal Mail 48. Current shipping times are 2-3 days, once the order has been processed.
Orders are processed within 48 hours of placing (excluding weekends). Once your order has been processed you will receive an email to confirm that it has dispatched.
The shipping cost of unframed print orders is £2.99, or free on orders £60+
FRAMED PRINTS
All framed prints are fulfilled externally at our trusted UK printing & framing centre. Once the order is placed, any orders containing frames will be shipped within 1-3 working days. Large framed orders will be shipped via DPD
Any orders containing framed prints, will have a shipping cost of £4.50, or free delivery on orders £60+
Estimated delivery time
Royal Mail and DPD shipping typically takes 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Greeting Card Shipping
Greeting Card shipping is FREE and cards are sent via 1st class Royal Mail. Please note greeting cards will be shipped separately to prints/frames at this time.
International Shipping
Due to new GPSR regulations we are not currently able to ship to Europe/ NI. We will resume shipping once the new regulations are clearer in 2025.
Returns
Please contact us to arrange returns no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your products.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning unwanted items and these costs are non-refundable.
Our shipping costs are also non-refundable if you return part of your order.
Refunds will be paid within 14 calendar days after returning the goods, or evidence that they were returned. Refunds are made via your original payment method (please check with your card issuer for timescales).
If you receive a damaged/incorrect print, please contact us with the following information ASAP:
- Email address provided at purchase
- Order number
- Customer name
- Item name
- Attach a photo
We do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds on any of our personalised prints.
