- Matte paper has a non-reflective surface that scatters light rather than bouncing it back. This makes prints easy to read or view clearly from any angle without distracting glare under direct lighting or near windows.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders are printed, packaged & dispatched by our friendly team from our studio in Chester, UK.
Our current processing time for unframed prints is 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed it will then be dispatched via Royal Mail 48 which typically takes 2 business days.
The majority of our customers typically receive their order within 3-4 days after ordering.
Framed prints have a slighter longer processing time of 3 days. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive framed prints from the time of placing your order.
Returns
You may return products within 14 days of delivery. Being a small business, we do not currently offer paid returns meaning you are responsible for the shipment of the return. We also do not accept returns on any personalised items.
